2020 HASN’T BEEN THE GREATEST
In times like our current reality I think it’s important (therapeutic, even) to find the small wins and celebrate the heck out of them. Saying yes to slowing down, to embracing uncertainty and change, to mini adventures, to spending more time at home and taking a day (or two) off. Yes, some of these “yes’s” were involuntary – especially the slowing down part. But honestly, I’ve had been wanting a chance to slow down for years now and if it weren’t for 2020, I’d probably still be operating at full steam ahead mode, even if I’d already run out of steam. Anyone else feeling this? What have you said yes to this year?
