Today I’m sharing December Daily Days 4 – 8. For quite a few of those days, I didn’t take ANY photos. I won’t lie. At first, I panicked at little. But in the end I did fill those pages. Here’s how I tackled those photo-less days.
Day 4 | The Holiday Cards I ordered from Artifact Uprising arrived so that became today’s story.
The left side holds some of the photos that didn’t make the holiday card cut.
Rose gold embossing all the things I can get my hands on. (Using this copper emboss power by Ranger.)The “please deliver to” stamp is from the December Daily Stamp set I designed. The physical set is sold out but the digital version is available here.
I liked the look of the card floating in the middle of the 6×8 pocket and used the photo fuse tool to keep the card in place. I didn’t seal the top so I can easily take the card out in the future. As you can see, me and the photo fuse tool need to spend more time together. I can’t fuse a consistent perforated line to save my life.
Day 5 | Addressing Holiday Cards – I did take a photo on the 5th. This one that I shared on instagram. The “May Cause Joy” insert was from a jcrew card I got in the mail.
Day 6 and 7 | More photo-less days easily filled with Dear Santa letters. Day 6 is Audrey’s letter (yes, she really did ask for planner inserts) and Day 7 holds Madeline’s letter. And because I was feeling nostalgic, a photo of them with Santa, circa 2013.
Day 8 | Yet another photo-less day. This time I used photos taken on a different day and asked everyone to share their favorite holiday song.
These 4×6 inserts were created using templates from my 4×6 Photo Templates Vol. 6 set.
I’ll working on Day 25 now and will be sharing more pages soon. Anyone else out there still trying to finish up their December Daily album?
Love your style always!! Also, love that she wants a real Chancey!! Ha?
LOL I keep trying to tell her that pokemon aren’t real.
I always love your layouts. So inspiring.
Thank you so much Yolanda!
Loving your style, as usual. Question – what rose gold embossing powder are you using?
Thank you so much Morgan. It’s the copper embossing powder by Ranger Inks. I’ve updated the post above with a link.
