By purchasing a Paislee Press product you are purchasing a license to use these products for personal use and you agree to the following terms:

YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO:

• You may submit your layouts using Paislee Press products to magazines and other publications that grant prizes (money or gifts) for selection as long as proper credit.
• You may use Paislee Press products on your personal blog (for professional/commercial blogs, please see professional use licensing terms below) so long as the final resuts are displayed in a flattend form (jpg/gif) and not more than 72dpi. A credit with a link back to my site must be displayed if you use Paislee Press images on your personal blog.

YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO:

• You may not provide a copy, or any portions thereof, to any other individual.
• You may not use these graphics for any product or project that will be sold or used to generate income, which includes using these graphics in design template, including, without limitation, website templates, flash templates, premade blog templates, custom blog templates, and brochure templates.
• You may not use these graphics on websites designed to induce sales of “print on demand” products, including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items.
• You may not alter these graphics and claim them as your own.
• You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.
• You may not use the Content or any part thereof as part of a trademark, design-mark, trade name, business name, service mark or logo.
• You may not offer these graphics on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo! group, or include them in any graphics collection on the Internet or otherwise.

Professional Use/Photographers License

If you are a photographer or professional scrapbook layout designer (S4O/S4H) and wish to create custom printed art for clients, please contact me for information and pricing on obtaining a Limited Professional Use License. Please note that permission is giving on a case-by-case basis and that the costs associated with obtaining a Professional Use License are in addition to the cost of purchasing the product.

WHAT IS ALLOWED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL USE LICENSE:

• You may use these graphics to create a customized product (layout, album, card, etc.) for your client provided that the final product that you offer them is a printed or flattened version of the product (not in the form of a .psd file nor individual papers/elements files, etc. in its original form are redistributed).
• You may use samples created with this product in your galleries and portfolios.
• You may use these graphics in the production of promotional materials for your small business (brochures, promotional ads, etc.)
• You may use these graphics on your photography site/blog so long as the final images are displayed in a flattened form (jpg/gif) and sized not more than 72 dpi. A credit with a link back to my site must be displayed somewhere on your site.
