getting back on track

The flu made its rounds in our household. One week after another everyone got sick. Everyone except me. I don’t know how I lucked out. Now that everyone is recovered I’ve been keeping busy trying to play catch up. I’m also in major cleaning mode. Maybe because it’s the start of Spring or maybe it’s because I’m stressed – I seem to always want to clean when I’m feeling overwhelmed.  It’s probably a little bit of both. And I’m in the I want to make a few dozen photobooks mode. Basically I’m wanting to do lots of things but don’t have time for them all.  So I’ve been trying to do a little bit of everything and not getting much of anything done. Not my favorite place to be. I need to focus and get back on track. Hopefully I’ll get this sorted out over the weekend.

In the meantime, I wanted to share a few lovely creations from the creative team.

Lately I’ve been digging the use of clear “pockets” on digital layouts.

More lovelies that make my minimalist heart go pitter patter.

Hope everybody is OK now in your house Liz! Love the different layouts by your DT, they are lovely. Like you, I hate starting many different things and not finishing them. I’ve been being through that since… 20 years!!!! I MUST work on that (and on myself for sure!). Have a lovely week-end.

Moms aren’t allowed to get sick.

The DT projects are fantastic. I just love your kits.

boo to the flu!

gorgeous layouts!

Liz,

what kit does Sucali use for her page? I love it and the little camera!!

She used diptych: http://the-lilypad.com/store/diptych.html

I’m so glad you managed to avoid the flu, Liz. That would’ve just made it a billion times worse. Very happy to hear your gorgeous family has recovered…

Guess what, I too am itching to get quite a few photo books done! And all before Edward arrives! LOL.
